Many Helloskin tools and skincare products suit a wide range of routines, but every face and body is different. Check the product directions, patch test first, and pause if your skin feels uncomfortable. If you are unsure, email support before buying.
Can I add Helloskin products to my current routine?
Yes. Start with one new product or tool at a time so you can see how it fits. For skincare, use the lighter texture first, then richer products. For tools, follow the product instructions and avoid overdoing multiple exfoliating steps at once.

How much is shipping in Australia?
Australian standard shipping is free on orders over $80. Orders under $80 are $8 for standard shipping. Express options appear at checkout if you want your Helloskin order sooner.
How quickly will my Helloskin order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:30pm AEST/AEDT are packed the same business day from Australia. Once your parcel is on the way, you will receive tracking details by email.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on your location and checkout eligibility. If your country appears at checkout, you can place an order in the normal way. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will show before payment.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. If you cannot find it, email support with your name and order number so we can help locate the parcel details.
What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or missed collection, a re-delivery fee may apply. Once the parcel is back with us, the team will contact you to confirm the shipping details and next steps.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved and processed, the timing depends on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received a refund after the expected processing window, contact support and we can help check the order status.

What payment methods does Helloskin accept?
You can pay with major cards and supported express payment options at checkout. Pay-later options such as Afterpay, Zip or Klarna may appear depending on your location and checkout eligibility.
How does the free gift over $80 work?
When a free gift promotion is active, eligible orders over $80 will show the gift offer in the cart or checkout flow. If you cannot see a gift option, the promotion may not be active for that product, cart or time period.
Why is my discount code not working?
Discount codes can have limits, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum cart values. Check the code spelling first, then email support if you believe the code should apply.
Do I need a customer account to order?
You can usually check out without creating an account. Creating or logging into an account can make it easier to view order history and manage customer details.
